A contemplative pause under the planetarium sky…

Treat yourself to a timeless moment at the Saint-Michel-l'Observatoire Astronomy Center on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM with this contemplative session of about 50 minutes, designed as an invitation to calm and wonder.

Without narration, accompanied by soft, enveloping music, Starry Serenity immerses you in a visual journey through the major stages of the Universe's history: from the Big Bang to the formation of the Earth, including galaxies, nebulae, and the emergence of life.

Thanks to realistic scientific data projected immersively under the dome and the music fostering relaxation, this unique session offers a moment of reconnection with yourself and the infinitely vast.

A sensitive and meditative experience, ideal for adults looking for beauty, silence, and cosmic wonder.

A time for discussion with our facilitator is offered at the end of the session for those who wish to share their feelings or ask questions.
